What should I do if you have sent a payment with the wrong payment details or if you have entered everything correctly but the money has not yet arrived?
Did you enter our bank account number wrong?
- it is necessary that you pay the required amount with the correct variable symbol and to the correct account number (we recommend using QR payments, where everything is filled in automatically)
- please contact your bank to trace the payment
Did you enter the correct account number but the wrong variable symbol or amount?
You need to pay the required amount with the correct variable symbol again and send a request to trace the unpaired payment. We will trace the payment within 30 days and it will be credited to your credit account.
In the request, please include:
- the symbols specified in the payment,
- the correct symbols that should have been provided,
- the account number from which the payment came,
- confirmation that the payment has been debited from the bank account,
- send from an authorised contact
Submit the request in one of the following ways:
- by email from an authorised email address
- by telephone from an authorised number
Did you enter the correct details but the payment has not been credited?
If you have entered the payment details correctly, the payment has been debited from your account and sufficient time has elapsed for the payment to be credited to our account (within 2 days max), but still no payment has been received, please contact our customer support by email or phone with the above mentioned payment details.
